The general terms and conditions for the hotel industry in Austria stated on the contract apply.

Cancellation terms:

  • Guests can cancel free of charge up to 90 days prior to arrival.
  • Up to 1 month before the day of arrival 40 % of the total arrangement price,
  • up to 1 week before the day of arrival 70 % of the total arrangement price,
  • in the last week before the arrival day 90 % of the total arrangement price will be charged.
  • In case of early departure, late arrival or no-show, 100% of the booking will be charged if the rooms cannot be re-rented.

In the event of an entry or exit ban to or from Austria imposed by your government or the Austrian federal government, you will be able to cancel free of charge and will receive an immediate refund of the deposit you have paid.

However, this regulation only applies to entry or exit bans ordered by the respective government, but not to travel warnings.
